Whether you are an expert, a sommelier or someone who does not have oenological knowledge, you will be able to enjoy some good wine by simply letting our expertise guide you; you will taste the products and we will tell you the excellence.

Come and take a comfortable seat in our barrel cellar. Relax and let us bring you into this adventure full of smells, tastes, and colours.

Moreover, you will taste a variety of local products – cold cuts and meats, cheeses and desserts – that will perfectly match your glass and will make you understand the real potential of the combination between food and wine.

We will give you a “tasting notebook” where you can take note of the different wines you will be tasting, where you can express what feelings you perceive.

You will learn how to recognize the different sensations and divide them into three categories: visual, olfactory and taste.

At the end you will have the chance to buy your favorite bottle, so you can recreate the tasting experience at home with friends and family. It will be amazing to relive and share all of the emotions and sensations you originally felt!

We have an e-bike rental, so that you can experience the beautiful panoramic paths in the nature of the Collio, one of the most appreciated Italian hilly zones. The bicycle with pedal assistance is also ideal for those who are less trained but still want to live a day of incredible leisure in name of a sustainable and sporty tourism. Hikes can be arranged on your own or with the help of a tour guide.

Do you want a souvenir of your holiday?

We can organize a photographic reportage with a professional photographer who will portray you inside our company. A series of images, a memory that will accompany you on your return home and in the months and years to come.

We can also invite a make-up artist and a hairdresser who will be able to make you look your best, ready to be immortalized in the midst of nature.

You will be able to relax by booking our eco-treatments with essential oils and hot stones, performed in our establishment by professionals renowned for their skills and reliability.

Everything happens in a relaxing environment with soft lights and music on a professional cot, together with aromatic candles and/or incenses – aroma diffusers for aromatherapy. Once you will be lying on the cot, we apply vector oils together with essential oils in order to friction the skin and release a pleasant smell. The treatment can alternate smoother and softer hand movements in order to unravel the muscular tensions and allowing a complete relaxation. After the treatment it is advised not to make efforts and take the rest of the day for relaxing, perhaps at the pool with a glass of good wine.

Upon request, we can organize thematic dinners with prime quality food (seafood, traditional dishes from Friuli or from the mid-European traditions…) with the help of a professional chef who will cook for you in Cruna di Subida. Before the dinner, it will be possible to assist the preparation of the dish so that you can replicate the result at home, while using the recipe book we will provide for you.

Upon request, we can organize workshops where you will learn the culture of the home-made, applied to every day’s products such as soap, detergents, moisturizing creams, shampoos and conditioners; all those products which, industrially made, are usually, totally composed of chemical substances.

These meetings are led by experts in the field who created a life philosophy out of the respect for nature, applying it over these simple passive precautions. During the workshops you will be able to ask questions and receive important advice on how to make your lifestyle more sustainable by safely and consciously creating your own products.
