WHAT CAN YOU DO

Cruna di Subida is in an area that serves as a shelter for animal and vegetation species of the territory. Nature lovers will find a small paradise where they can relax while observing wild animals such as roes, hares or pheasants that everyday populate the surrounding fields.

This territory between Italy and Slovenia is called Collio, it is home to exceptional vineyards, like the “Friuliano”, offering wonderful wide panoramic views that will accompany good wine and good food.

We are in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a place where the Alps and the Adriatic Sea represent the two opposites of this multifaceted landscape. Here the Italian, Slavic and German cultures merge together creating a sort of melting pot of traditions, languages and confessions.

Slightly less than 8 square kilometers (5 miles) of unspoiled mountains, soft hills and blue sea, has always been a meeting point for people from all over Europe, bringing together their destinies, and rewarding its guests with all of the richness that these lands can offer.
